Kyo Sa Nim Mario Palazuelo Visit to Region 2 - Perth

During July 2010, Region 2 was privileged to have a guest from the Philippine Moo Duk Kwan – Kyo Sa Nim Mario Palazuelo visit our Kardinya Dojang. Kyo Sa Nim Palazuelo is an expert in the field of short stick and knife attack/defence techniques so he was invited to conduct classes and a workshop for Region 2 MDK members. read more

SEAL 2010 - Darwin

This year, the Australian Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation Region 1 was proud to host the 2010 South East Asian Leadership Seminar with Kwan Jang Nim HC Hwang. The event was held in Darwin, Australia from Wednesday 23rd June to Monday 28th June 2010. Moo Duk Kwan members from all around the world such as Korea, Malaysia, United Kingdom, United States of America, Argentina, Brunei and Australia attended, making it a successful trip as practitioners enjoyed participating in the seminars training with different people from around the world....... read more

2009 DECEMBER DAN SHIM SA

Region 2 had their end of year Dan Shim Sa grading (124th Dan Classing) for 2009, that ran from the 7th of December to the 14th of December. It included 2 Ee Dan candidates and 7 Cho Dan candidates as well as the gups. All participants endured though days of mental and physical toughness that tested them on their knowledge, skill and understandings of Soo Bahk Do.... read more

KIDS GRADING

On the 28th of November, the region 2 Perth Soo Bahk Do, Connor Martial Art kids class Gradings commenced. Approximately 50 students participated in this event, and with many instructors it made the grading a major success. The main grading panel for this event consisted of Sa Bom Nim Connor, as well as Kyo Sa Nim Costa. The panel was impressed by the amount of courage the kids had through the duration of the grading, but also the amount of enthusiasm shown by the candidates and their parents....read more

PHILIPPINES 2009/10

During December 2009 Sa Bom Nim Connor and his family traveled on invitation by the Philippine MDK to visit the cities of Bacolod, Bohol and Davao. The aim of this trip was to conduct standardization seminars to assist the Philippines MDK in staying up to date with the dynamically developing world MDK techniques.
