Region 2 MDK members trip to The Philippines Martial Arts Festival On the 10th of April the Western Australian (WA) region 2 Moo Duk Kwan group members set off on their trip to participate in the Philippine Martial Arts Seminar hosted by the Philippine Moo Duk Kwan in Davao City Philippines. On our departure we said our goodbye’s to family and friends and were on our way to Singapore where we were to stay for a few hours to recover from our overnight flight. read more..... Congratulations to New Cho Dans - Natalie connor and Matthew Ball Region 2 is proud to announce that after the December 2007 Dan Shim Sa, that Natalie Connor and Matthew Ball have been given the news that they have earned their Cho Dan in the 120th Dan Classing. read more.... Mid Year Dan Shim Sa - July 2008 Region 2 has recently conducted their Mid Year Dan Shim Sa.Grading (121st Dan Classing) which also included gup practitioners of region 2. Practitioners were tested on all aspects of their Soo Bahk Do Skills and Knowledge. The highlight of the event was Ms Lisa Reale grading for her Cho Dan. Also included in the event were Jo Kyo Nim Robyn Costa and Jo Kyo Nim Chieng Chiew Chai both grading for Ee Dan. read more.....
Region 2 MDK Quiz nite 2008 The annual Region 2 Moo Duk Kwan Quiz Night was held on August 9th at the Kardinya Dojang. All questions were family orientated so it was just all about getting as many answers as possible. read more..... Congratulations to Jokyonim Robyn Costa, Jokyonim Chai Chieng and New Cho dan on their new promotions After a long and eager wait the results from the Dan Shim Sa have been announced! Jo Kyo Nim Robyn Costa and Jo Kyo Nim Chai Cheing have successfully been promoted to the level of Ee Dan and Ms Lisa Reale has successfully been promoted to the level of Cho Dan. This brings the number of Ee Dan promotions to 4 and Cho Dan promotions to twenty four for the western region. read more.....
