What is SEALS? The South East Asian Leadership Seminar is the South East Asian and Oceania leg of the PVT (Presidents Vision Tour). Every 18 months the Kwang Jang Nim and Ko Dan Ja and Gup members travel to our slice of the world to help standardize and keep the Moo Do spirit moving forward for Malaysia, Phillipines, Australia and Brunei. The next event will be held October 2nd-7th, 2013 in Adelaide, Australia. "The City of Churches" and home of the beautiful Barrossa and Hunter Valleys (wine and fine food country). Who is SEALS for? SEALS is for ALL Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan members from 10th Gup right up to Ko Dan Ja. The US Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation has officially opened. The SBD Institute is an online student resource to be used in conjunction with Training at your local dojang. All Australian Region 1 Dojangs should now be affiliates of the SBD Institute so if you choose to sign up please ensure you choose YOUR Dojang.
